NetSuite Senior Solutions Consultant

Position Overview

Protelo, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Solutions Consultant to work full-time providing sales support and subject matter expertise. This role will deal primarily in applying NetSuite technology and related applications to a prospect’s business needs. This role will work with the Sales team leading discovery conversations and demonstrations throughout the sales cycle. The individual must be competent to work within NetSuite and related modules/third-party applications and possess a well-rounded background in ERP (including Finance, Distribution/Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse), CRM, and eCommerce. The individual must be familiar with wholesale distribution & light manufacturing industries as well. This position requires someone who is able to produce well-written and spoken presentations to prospective clients.

The job requirements and duties for the Senior Solutions Consultant include, but are not limited to:

 

JOB DUTIES
    • Develop a high-impact script for NetSuite demos.
    • Deliver customer and prospect solution demos.
    • Understand the business requirements of clients and industry-specific needs, with seasoned business acumen.
    • Serve as a business technology resource for the sales team.
    • Update sales records and opportunities in the NetSuite CRM system as required.
    • Work with marketing, operations and sales for cross-functional projects.
    • Perform requirements analysis and assist with producing project estimates (licensing and project), Request for Proposals, Statements of Work and related sales documents.
    • Successfully attain established sales goals for the company.
 
EXPERIENCE / QUALITIES DESIRED
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales solutioning experience with NetSuite or a competitive ERP is required.
    • Thorough knowledge of NetSuite sales process is a plus.
    • Proven track record of demos, upsells, sales quota achievement, and sales cycle acceleration.
    • Ability to translate complex problems into viable solutions.
    • Team-oriented, yet able to work independently.
    • Great interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with individuals and teams at all levels through the C-suite and end-users.
    • Ability to travel for demos and as needed.
